摘要
利用电子显微镜分析技术对2种耐磨堆焊金属进行组织分析.结果表明高碳高铬型堆焊金属具有较好的耐磨性与其由贝氏体基体和高硬Cr7C3碳化物组成的组织有关,与马氏体基体上分布少量碳化物的组织相比,该组织能更有效地抵抗磨粒的切削和磨损裂纹的形成与扩展,从而利于堆焊金属的耐磨性.
オicrostructure of two surfacing metals have been studied by means of electrical micrcoscopes.The results indicate that better abrasion of surfacing metal with high carbon and high chromium relates to bainitic matrix and carbide Cr7C3.Comparing with the surfacing metal with martensite of a few massive carbide,this microstructure can improve the ability of resistance to abrasion of surfacing metal.
