摘要
采用三体腐蚀磨损试验方法研究了硅对低铬白口铸铁腐蚀磨损耐磨性的影响。结果表明,增加低铬白口铸铁中的含硅量,可以提高其硬度及腐蚀磨损耐磨性,但含硅量超过2.0%以后,随着碳化物数量的增多及出现初生碳化物和初生石墨,使腐蚀磨损耐磨性有所降低。分析表明,低铬白口铸铁的磨损机理以显微切削为主,腐蚀为辅。
The effect of silicon content on the corrosionabrasion wear resistance of low chromium white cast iron was studied by the three body corosionabrasion test mathod.The results showed that the hardenss and corrosionabrasion wear resistance of low chromium white cast iron would be increased with the increase of silicon content.However,when the silicon content was exceeded 2.0%,the corrosionabrasion wear resistance would be decreased because of the appearance of hypereutectic carbide and graphite in its microstructures.The corosionabrasion mechanism of low chromium white cast iron was dominated by microcut wear,and associated with corrosion.
