摘要
为改善高铬铸铁腐蚀磨损抗力,研究了稀土加入量对高铬铸铁腐蚀及腐蚀磨损特性的影响。结果表明:加入0.2%左右的混合稀土,高铬铸铁具有较低的腐蚀速度,较高的腐蚀电位及优良的抗腐蚀磨损耐磨性。
The influence of Re contents added on the characteristic of corrosion and corrosionabrasion is studied in order to rise corrosion-abrasion resistance for high-chromium cast iron. From experiment results, the optimization of Re contents added is 0.2%. In this contents corrosion speed is lower, corrosin potential and 3-body corrosion-abrasion resistance of high-chromium cast iron is best.
