摘要
对研制的一种新结构光纤传感器在精加工表面上的受光特性进行了理论分析和实验结果分析。研究结果表明,光纤测头两路输出信号之比能显著地减少光源发光强度波动及被测表面粗糙度对位移测量结果的影响,从而有利于提高抗干扰能力和测量精度。这是一种性能更为优越的非接触式位移传感器。
In this paper,a new reflective optical fibre sensor for measuring displacement developed by the
authors is described.Theoretical analysis and experimental igation on characteristics of the specular re-
flection,which is measured by the new fibre-optics,are made.The ratio of two outputs of this sensor is
shown to be insensitive to the changes of incident light intensity,surface reflectivity and surface rough
ness. Thus,it is a very useful non-contact sensor for micro-displacement measurement of the finished
metal surface.
