分析了由于信息不对称医患之间可能出现的道德风险、逆向选择、医疗纠纷等不和谐关系,结合医院管理工作实践,提出强化沟通、加强教育、有效激励、完善保险、正确法律、建立“第三方”机构、规范舆论导向等应对策略。
