摘要
目的 探讨医患关系的风险不对称性。方法 博弈论中风险成本、风险确定性等价值的计算方法。结果 基于计算方法 ,得出医患双方的风险成本、风险的确定性等价值。结论 医患双方的风险是不对称的。最后揭示了患者的弱势地位 ,提出改善医患关系的建议。
Objective To discuss the relationship of doctor-patient on the basis of risk.Methods The evaluated methods of risk cost and the certainty equivalent utility in game theory were adopted.Results The risk costs and the certainty equivalent utilities of the doctor and patient were obtained according to the evaluated methods.Conclusion It comes to a conclusion that the risk is asymmetric between the doctor and patients.In the end the inferior position of patient is disclosed.The suggestion to improve the relationship of the doctor and patient is also put forward.
