摘要
目的建立固精丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,色谱柱:Merck-LichrospherRP-C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75),流速:0.8mL/min;检测波长:230nm。结果芍药苷在0.27～1.35μg的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998;平均回收率为97.08%,RSD=2.02%(n=10)。结论该方法专属、简便、准确,可用于固精丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Gujing Pill. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the condition of sample extraction and paeoniflorin content was detected by HPLC. HPLC was performed with Merck- LiChrospher RP- C18 column(4.6× 250 mm,5 μ m); methanol- water (25 ∶ 75) served as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm, the flow rate being 0.8 mL/min. Results Paeoniflorin has a good linearity within 0.27～ 1.35μ g(r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 97.08 % with RSD 2.02 % (n=10). Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, specific and can be used for the quality control of Gujing Pill.
