摘要
对五灵颗粒中芍药苷的含量进行测定 .采用KromacilODSC1 8(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm)为固定相 ,甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 30nm ,柱温为 2 5℃ .该法的RSD为 1 71 % (n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 0 % .
The content of paeoniflorin in Wuling pellet was determined with HPLC.The chromatographic condition:Kramacil ODS C 18 (4 6?mm×250?mm)was used as stationary phase and methanol water as mobile phase,the UV detection wavelength was 230?nm and column temperature was room temperature.The average recovery of the method was 100%,with RSD 1 71%( n =5).The method is accurate,rapid,sensitive and easily repeated.
