摘要
介绍了目前阻燃剂溴代聚苯乙烯的生产方法,综述了其优缺点。TiCl4、SnCl3或BCl3作为主链烷基卤代抑制剂是生产高热稳定性、价格性能比低的溴代聚苯乙烯的最新方法,该方法生产的溴代聚苯乙烯产品主链上烷基卤的含量低于750mg/kg,较原来降低了90%左右,可适用于耐高温的工程塑料。
The production methods of brominated styrene at present are introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed. It is a novel way that TiCl4,SnCl3 or BCl3 is used as backbone halogenation suppression additive to produce brominated polystyrene with high thermal stability and low ratio of price to performance. The products made by this method have the halogen content of less than 750mg/kg,which is a decrease of 90% in comparison with the product of conventional method. The product can be used as flame retardant in engineering plastics with high thermal resistance.
