摘要
用乙二胺和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯合成外围为8个丙烯酸酯双键的树枝状分子(G1.0()8),用液溴将其溴化,可得含溴树枝状分子(G1.0(B r)n,0<n<16,n为分子中溴原子个数(由G1.0()8的平均溴化度计算得到))。平均溴化度可通过溴化反应时间进行调节,反应时间从5h延长至90h,平均溴化度(质量分数)从26.7%提高到87.8%。G1.0(B r)n作为反应型阻燃剂与脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物的相容性好,可在紫外光辐射下固化;添加质量分数50%的G1.0(B r)7.2,氧指数从16.0%提高到25.0%;G1.0(B r)n作为添加型阻燃剂,在纸张中添加质量分数21.9%的G1.0(B r)7.2,氧指数从16.0%提高到24.5%。
Dendritic poly (ester-amine) molecules G1.0(=)8 with eight acrylate double bonds were prepared by ethylenediamine and trimethylolpropane triacrylate. The obtained dendritic molecules G1.0(=)8 were brominated with bromine to give dendrimers containing bromine G1.0(Br)n(0 less than or equal n less than or equal 16). n referred to number of bromine atoms in G1.0(Br)n, which could be calculated from average bromination degree of G1.0(=)8 and adjusted by bromination time. By extending bromination time from 5 h to 90 h, average bromination degree increased from 26.7% to 87.8% (mass fraction). As a reactive-type flame retardant, Gl.0(Br)n was well compatible with aliphatic urethane diacrylate and was UV curable. Oxygen index was 25.0% when G1.0(Br)7.2 was added 50% (mass fraction). As an additive-type flame retardant, oxygen index was 24.5% when Gl.0 (Br)7.2 was added 21.9% (mass fraction).
