摘要
[目的]了解Coulter HMX全自动五分类血细胞分析仪的主要性能,并对该仪器的精密度、准确性、携带污染率、线性、相关性等进行评价.[方法]使用新鲜静脉抗凝血及质控品,对主要参数和白细胞五分类、网织红细胞计数进行双盲法测定.[结果]该仪器精密度高,结果准确可靠,线性良好.携带污染率WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT均小于2％.网织红细胞计数与手工法相关性良好,r为0.912.白细胞分类结果与人工镜检结果相比,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞相关性良好,而单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞相关性不理想.[结论] Coulter HMX血细胞分析仪是适用于大、中型医院常规检测的具有良好性能的仪器.
[Objective] To comprehend the major performance of Coulter HMX full-automatic hematology analyzer and to evaluate precision, accuracy, carryover, linearity and correlativity of it. [Methods] Complete blood counts、 WBC differential and reticulocyte parameters were detected with the ' blind paired' method, using fresh anticoagulative vein bloods and 5C cell con -trols. [Results] The instrument had high precision, reliable accuracy and good linearity. Carryover of WBC、 RBC、 HGB、 PLT are all less than 2%. Reticulocyte counts had a high correlation with manual counts, r is 0.912. The manual counts with which the HMX hematology analyzer counts were compared on the five-part differential, had high correlativity except for Monocyte and Basophil. [Conclusion] Coulter HMX hematology analyzer had good performance and can be recommended to be used in the middle or large scale's hospitals.
