摘要
血液分析仪检查血液常规漏诊白血病时有报道,我院发现3例,现报道如下。
1临床资料
例1：女,41岁,于2007年8月15日行健康体检。血常规检查：白细胞7.1×10^9L^-1,中性粒细胞31.2%,淋巴细胞57.7%,单核细胞8.5%,嗜酸性粒细胞2.1%,嗜碱性粒细胞0．5％．
