摘要
文章指出 :以德治国的提出是社会主义市场经济健康发展的客观需要。它继承了中国传统文化的精华 ,又超越了中国传统文化的局限 。
In this article , the author points out that advancement of “the rule of virtue” is an objective need for a healthy development of the socialist market economy. “The rule of virtue” succeeds to the essence of the traditional Chinese culture and goes beyond the limitation thereof. Thus the thoughts “the rule of virtue” and “the rule of law” are made into an organic combination.
