摘要
在石英晶体的镀金表面 ,比较用生物素膜、自组装膜的方法 ,固定单链DNA ,并对它们的固定量及其固定后的杂交量。
Using biotin immunoreaction membrane and self\|assembly membrane, single\|strand DNA were immobilized on gold\|surfaces of quartz crystal, and the DNA amounts of immobilation hybridization and stability of DNA immobilization resulted from these two methods were compared.
