摘要
结合河北理工学院图书馆实际,论述了建立“学科馆员”的必要性,以及“学科馆员”的职责和对“学科馆员”的素质要求,从而提出了图书馆需要建立一种服务的创新机制,发挥图书馆的主观能动作用。
Combined with the facts of library of Hebei institute of technology, the article discusses the recessity of es-tablishing the system of the liaison librarian, the responsibility and the diathesis of the liaison librarian, thereby we ought to found a kind of creative service system, exert the library subjective to act to use, and then do better service for the readers.
