摘要
近年来,由于LB膜在功能器件中(如光电子器件,微型电池、低维半导体、热释电探测器等)显示出了令人兴奋的应用前景,因此有越来越多的人致力于LB膜的研究工作.其中对LB膜的成膜质量的评价,特别是LB膜的分子取向问题,是一个非常引人关注的问题.此外,对于碳原子数大于20,熔点小于45℃的系列双炔酸(R—C≡C—C≡C—R′)可以利用LB技术制备多层膜.这类LB膜在紫外光或电子束的作用下可以迅速发生聚合.
The molecular orientation and thermal stability of the Langmuir-Blodgett film of Cd salt of 10, 12-tricosadiynoic acid was studied using linear dichroism FT-IRspectroscopy. It was found that orientation angles between the transition moments ofmajor characteristic groups in the film and the substrate surface normal line N aredifferent. A molecular configuration like that of folding chain was evaluated, thecloser to the hydrophobic end the more small the orientation angle is, this satisfiesstructural stability of LB films. The experiments on thermal stability showed that thestructural stability of the LB film mainly depends on the hydrocarbon chain. Afterbeated the tilt of the hydrocarbon chain was most serious and was irreversible oncooling back to the original room temperature.
