摘要
以巯基乙醇为起始原料,经取代、磺酰化后再与已知的2-S-(2,3,4,6)-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-半乳吡喃糖基-2-异硫脲氢溴酸盐作用共3步反应,制得2-氰甲硫基-1-(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-半乳吡喃糖硫基)乙烷,其结构经IR,1HNMR,MS确证。
2-cyanomethylthio-1-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranothio) ethane was synthesized via 3 steps starting from mercappoethanol. The structure of the compound was confirmed by spectral data of IR,1HNMR,MS. Result showed that the method of the synthesis of the compound is a good method.
