摘要
GB8364-87和GB5987-86分别规定以比弯曲与温曲率作为热双金属生能的表征,两个量的实质是一致的。测量误差大的根本原因出于所采用的顶杆检测挠度的方法法及以挠度变化代替曲率变化的测量原理;认为应从弹性力学基本原理出发开展无接触测量研究。
Specific thermal deflection and flexivity as the characteristics of thermostat metals are specified in GB 8364—87 and GB 5987—86 respectively. Which are identical in essence, The reason why their measuring errors are serious is mainly resulted from the method of deflection measurement with push-rod and from the measuring principle of using deflection change instead of curvature change. Therefore, the research work on non-contact testing should be undertaken according to the basic principle of elastic mechanics.
