摘要
研究了双金属材料 ( 5J1 480 0 )的比弯曲、热处理芯轴以及再结晶退火对双金属环成型工艺的影响。研究结果表明 ,双金属材料确定后 ,热处理芯轴尺寸和再结晶退火温度决定双金属环的最终尺寸。
The study in this article shows that the bimetals wreath manufacture craft is affected by ratio of flections for bimetals material (5J1480), heat treatment mandrill and the temperature of re-crystallized anneal. The research result indicates that, when bimetal material is certain, the size of heat treatment mandrill and the temperature of re-crystallized anneal would decide the end size of bimetals wreaths.
