中硬齿面钒铁球墨铸铁齿轮接触疲劳强度的试验研究

摘要 作者采用成组试验法,对中等硬度齿面的钒钛球铁齿轮进行了齿面接触疲劳强度试验研究,在世界上首次取得了这种材料齿轮的大量试验数据,并绘制了它的可靠度疲劳曲线图,为这种材料齿轮的可靠性设计提供了依据。试验研究证明,这种材料齿轮的齿面接触疲劳强度远高于碳钢调质齿轮,并优于合金钢调质齿轮。 The surface contact fatigue strength of medium hard gears of vanadium-titanium nodular cast iron was studied by Grouping method. A great number of data for this type of gears were first obtained in the world. The reliablity-fatigue curves of the gears were drawn as well, which provide the basis for the reliablity design of gears. The result shows that the surface contact fatigue strength of the gears is considerably greater than those from quenching-tempering carbon steel and greater than those from quenching-tempering alloy steel as well.
