摘要
本文用我国研制的高性能铝高速钢(W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2Al)进行了滚切中硬齿面(小于HRC45)的试验研究。初步结果表明:它完全可用来滚切HRC40左右的中硬齿面,而一般高速钢(W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2)则因磨损值过大且有明显的塑性变形而无法胜任。
The writer did experimental investigation of gear hobbing about medium quenched profiles ( less than HRC45 ) with the high-perfommance aluminium high-speed steel (W6Mo5Cr4Al). The result of experiment intecates: the aluminium high-speed steel is entirely possible to be used in gear hobbing on medium quenched profiles which has HRC40 or so, but ordinary high-speed steel is impossible because the wear is excessive and plastic deformation is ob-vions.
