摘要
多描述编码针对不可靠网络传输将信号源编码成多个比特流,利用信号冗余估计丢失的信息,支持多层次质量解码。就两个描述的情况提出了三种基于离散余弦变换(DCT)的多描述编码方案。
Multiple-description coding is developed for un-reliable networks transmission.It describes resource signal into several bit-streams, estimates lost information by using the relationship between different descriptions, and supports multiple quality levels of decoding.In this paper, three schemes of multiple-description coding based on DCT are proposed for the case of two descriptions.
