The Role of TNF-α in the Pathogenesis and Therapy of Cardiovascular Diseases

摘要 TNF α是一种具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子 ,它参与介导人体多种疾病的发生和发展。近来的研究表明 ,TNF α可有成熟的心肌细胞本身分泌产生并参与多种心脏疾病的病理生理过程。本文仅就TNF TNF-α is a kind of cytokine that has polybiologi ca l effect,which participated in and involved in many diseases.The novel data show ed that the TNF-α was also detectable in mature myocardial cells and involved in the development of pathology and physiological process in many cardiovascular diseases.The present review give a detail presentation of current status on rel ationship between TNF-α and cardiovascular diseases.
