摘要
目的 探讨老龄股骨颈骨折患者人工关节置换术的疗效。方法 回顾总结1997年5月以来70岁以上股骨颈骨折患者34例的治疗经验。指标:我国手术病人全身情况分级标准,ASA病情估计分级,Singh骨质疏松分级,Harris髋关节评分法。结果 所有患者切口均甲级愈合,1例90岁患者术后2月死于急性心梗,1例脑萎缩患者疗效“差”,余32例患者疗效均在“中”以上,有效率96.9％,优良率78.7％,平均寿命提高了2年。结论 人工关节置换术能改善高龄骨折患者的生活质量和延长生命。
Objective To analyze the effect of artificial hip replacement in 34 elderly patients with the neck of
femur fracture. Methods 34 hip joint fractures who are above 70 year old have been reviewed after May 1997 (24 cases
between 70 and 79,7 cases between 80 to 89,3 case between 90 to 95). Critcrion: Chinese operation patient classifica-
tion, ASA classification, the Singh classification, Harris grade. Result All cuts are Agrade, 1 case died in the myocardial
infarction in 2 months after the operation, 1 case with the brain atrophy had the had effect,32 cases had common effect,
the rate of availability is 96.9 percent, the rate of the good and best is 78.7 percent. Average life is increase 2 years.
Conclusion Artificial hip joint replacement can improve life quality and proloing lifetime.
