摘要
目的了解医院消毒质量对手术切口愈合的影响,探讨促使消毒措施落实的方法,以提高医院消毒质量,减少切口愈合不良的发生。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,收集3组患者切口愈合不良发生的资料,采取一定的干预措施提高消毒措施的落实率。结果干预组的消毒效果监测的合格率提高,切口愈合不良发生率显著降低,差异具有显著性。结论医院消毒质量的提高,能明显减少手术切口愈合不良发生的机会,应加强培训和监督检查,提高医院消毒质量。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of the quality of pasteurization in hospital on the healing of incision, probing the methodology to realize the pasteurization measure , in order to improve the quality of pasteurization in hospital and to reduce the bad healing of incision. METHODS Retrospective investigation was performed for statistic analysis of bad healing of incision according to three patient groups data. RESULTS The intervation group＇s coefficient of bad healing of incision went down. CONCLUSIONS To improve the quality of pasteurization of hospital can cut down the coefficient of bad healing of incision.
