摘要
实时平衡市场是保证电网在市场环境下安全经济运行的关键。实时平衡市场在国内还处于起步阶段,与此相关的理论研究和实践相对较少。文中提出了实时平衡交易模型并给出基于内点法的求解算法。实际工程应用表明,这种求解方法具有计算速度快、收敛性好、鲁棒性强等优点。该算法已经应用于河南电力市场。
The balancing electricity market is so important in secure and economic operation of power system under the market environment, but in China the study on balancing electricity market is at beginning phase. A balancing transaction model and its corresponding algorithm based on interior-point method is presented in this paper. The practical application of this method in domestic Henan provincial electricity market shows that the presented method possesses following advantages: high calculation speed, good convergence and high robustness.
