摘要
现有的电压一无功功率优化软件尚不能有效地处理诸如并联补偿装置和联络变压器附加电势相位角等离散的整型变量,由此导致在实际应用中不能获得最优的控制效果。本文提出了一种求解计及整型控制变量的电压一无功功率混合整数优化方法。对一实际电力系统的计算表明:准确地模拟整型控制变量在电压一无功功率优化中的控制作用,可提供更为理想的和符合实际的控制结果。
The possibility of optimization with discrete variables such as switch---controlled shunt reactorsand capacitors,boost voltage phase---angles of coupling transformers in power systems has not beensuccessful considered in existing voltage---reactive power controf. In this paper,a new optimizationalgorithm of voltage---reactive power control taking these discrete control variables into consideration isdeveloped. Application of this method to a real power system demonstrates that the new method is moreeffective for this purpose.
