第2、3颈椎后路钢板螺钉内固定治疗Hangman骨折 被引量：16

Treatment of the Hangman's fracture with posterior C2/3 plate & screw fixation

摘要 目的:探讨经C2、C3后路钢板螺钉内固定治疗Hangman骨折的应用指征、疗效和安全性.方法:回顾性分析经C2、C3后路钢板螺钉内固定治疗的11例Hangman骨折患者的临床资料及治疗结果.结果:平均随访23.7个月,7例放射学融合.术前VAS疼痛评分平均为7.4(5.5～9.0)分,术后平均为3.7(2.8～4.9)分,P＜0.001.无手术相关并发症出现.结论:经C2、C3后路钢板螺钉内固定术安全、有效,适用于Ⅱ、ⅡA和Ⅲ型Hangman骨折.
