颈后路侧块钢板内固定治疗下颈椎不稳

摘要 目的:探讨侧块钢板内固定治疗下颈椎不稳的临床体会。方法:采用Magerl技术治疗颈椎疾患22例,其中颈椎骨折脱位18例,颈椎病4例(多节段椎间盘突出3例、椎间盘突出合并后纵韧带骨化1例)。结果:术中无神经系统、血管损伤,经随访5～36个月,固定节段牢固,钢板螺钉无松动及断裂,合并脊髓或神经根损伤者,均有不同程度的改善和恢复。结论:侧块钢板内固定具有固定牢固、效果确切、适应证广泛等特点,是治疗下颈椎不稳的一种有效的方法。
