摘要
本文通过阐述学习化社区的特征,讨论如何利用ICT建构学习化社区,以及建构学习化社区采取的策略、方法和手段,探讨了学习化社区的建构效果评估体系的有关问题。
Lifelong learning is one of the key elements in a learning society. In such a society, the concept of lifelong learning must be accepted by all members of society, with learning becoming a lifelong activity. Before a learning community can be built, the living conditions of the people in the community should be examined to gain a better understanding of those for whom learning activities are carried out. Moreover, all community members and relevant organizations have to play their parts. With reference to local characteristics, an incremental approach should be adopted for continuous improvement. Technologies for information dissemination also have to be utilized to the fullest for the development of an environment for the learning community. Examples include broadband networks, cable television, satellite television and broadband technology- based interactive television and web-television. With reference to the objectives of a learning community, an outcome assessment system can be designed to evaluate the hardware and software environments so as to assess the outcome of implementation. In this way, feedback can be obtained to facilitate successful interaction.
