摘要
目的探讨经颅鞍区肿瘤切除术后并发症的特点及临床处理。方法分析156例鞍区肿瘤经颅显微手术病例术后并发症的发生情况。结果手术全切除140例(90%),术后死亡3例(1.9%);术后并发尿崩症36例(23%)、电解质紊乱28例(18%)、癫8例(5.1%)、垂体功能低下5例(3.2%)、术后出血3例(1.9%);无高热和应激性溃疡。结论鞍区肿瘤经颅术后的并发症以水、电解质紊乱最为常见;制定术后常规处理并进行积极治疗,术后并发症基本上可以恢复。
Objective To study the characteristics and effective treatment of the complications after microsurgical resection of pituitary region tumors via cranial approach. Methods The postoperative complications of 156 cases with pituitary region tumors undergone microsurgical operation via cranial approach were analyzed. Results 140 cases (90%) were achieved total removal of the tumors, while 3 cases (1.9%) were dead after resection. 36 cases (23%) suffered from diabetes insipidus, 28 cases (18%) with water and sodium disorders, 8 cases (5.1%) with seizures, 5 cases (3.2%) with hypopituitarism, and 3 cases (1.9%) with intracranial hematoma. None with high fever and stress ulcer. Conclusion The most frequent complication after resection of pituitary region tumors is water and sodium disorders, most may recover in several weeks with regular management and effective treatment.
