摘要
为了适应CAPP的可集成性要求,采用COM组件技术和.NET技术实现C/S与B/S形式混合的CAPP系统,该系统实现了在XML基础上的与PDM、ERP系统的无缝集成。同时,该系统在COM组件封装的基础上包含了传统的CAPP系统的工艺查询、工艺派生、工艺管理、工艺简图设计等功能。以该系统在某企业的应用为例,说明了系统与PDM、ERP的集成和实际应用状况。
With the applications of PDM, ERP soft-ware systems in manufacture enterprisel the integrationof CAPP with these systems becomes necessary. A C/Sand B/S structure CAPP system was developed based onCOM component technology and. NET framework. ThisCAPP system realizes the integration with PDM and ERPsoftware seamlessly based on XML. In the meantime,the system includes traditional functions encapsulated in-to COM component such as process indexing, processvariation, process management, process sketch drawing,and so on. The practices of this system and its integra-tions are illustrated on the applications of the CAPP sys-tem in an enterprise.
