The development of CAPP system prompt to customize based on Web integration environment

摘要 CAPP的集成性和通用性是当前研究和实践中需要解决的关键技术。从理论上和在实践中解决集成环境下基于Web的CAPP与其它系统功能集成和数据集成中的瓶颈问题,以及工艺系统缺乏通用性,不同专业、不同企业需要根据企业特点进行从需求分析开始到编码设计调试的整轮重新开发,所导致的效率低下、滞后于其它系统的应用和实施的问题。以XML技术解决CAPP与PDM、ERP系统间的数据集成,达到系统间的无缝集成;总结归纳工艺设计、管理中具有共性的功能成分,以web服务的形式组成通用平台,并在该平台基础上通过添加特殊的功能服务的形式快速实现不同专业不同企业数字化工艺设计、管理系统的快速定制。 The CAPP integration and generalization are the key technology in current CAPP researchand development. To solve the bottleneck in theory and practice, such problem should beanswer: the function integration and data integration of CAPP with other enterprise applica-tion system in web environment; different industry and different enterprise needs differentfunction, so the customize from analysis to coding have to been developed again and again.The integration problem has being solved by using XML technology. The generalizationproblem has being solved by summarize the common function that been encapsulated toweb service in CAPP system. The web services are the basic modules in common platform.The application systems are customized fast in the common platform.
