摘要
目的 :研究假鹰爪叶的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析及SephadexLH 2 0等色谱分离技术分离纯化化合物 ,根据理化性质及波谱数据来鉴定结构。结果 :从假鹰爪叶的乙酸乙酯提取部分和正丁醇提取部分分离到 4个黄酮类化合物 ,分别为 (2R ,3R) 5,7,3′ ,4′ 四羟基二氢黄酮醇 3 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖苷 (astilbin ,Ⅰ ) ,5,7 二羟基色原酮 3 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖苷 (eucryphin ,Ⅱ ) ,荠宁黄酮 (mosloflavone ,Ⅲ ) ,黄芩素 7 甲醚 (negletein ,Ⅳ ) ;其中化合物Ⅰ 。
AIM:To study chemical constituents of lea ves of Desmos chinensis Lour. METHOD: The leaves were extract e d with 95% ethanol. The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and S e phadex LH-20 column chromatography. RESULT: Four compounds have b een isolated from the leaves of this plant. The structures were elucidated as a s tilbin(Ⅰ),eucryphin(Ⅱ),mosloflavone(Ⅲ) and negletein (Ⅳ) by spectrometri c methods. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were found from the ge nus Desmos for the first time.
