摘要
对三峡工程泄洪坝段混凝土通仓浇筑,建立了模拟混凝土施工过程的整体模型。建模从国内施工水平出发,考虑坝段分区、机械设备故障率、运料车排队长度限额等因素,以塔机为中心机械,按台班配备运料车,就六个模拟方案中按工期费用标准优选出机械配套方案。其成果对三峡工程有一定的参考价值。
An entire model simulating concrete construction process in combination with the concrete pouring without longitudinal, joints of the Three Gorges Project spillway dam is established. According to the present construction level, some factors are considered at the time of modelling, such as, dam length division, mechanical breakd6wn, and the queue limitation of concrete vehicles, etc. The amount of concrete vehicles is determined in shifts in accordance with the number of cranes used as central machines. According to the rules of time—cost norm, an optimum scheme of complete set of machines is selected from 6 alternatives. The results obtained are available for certain reference value, to the spillway dam construction of the Three Gorges Project.
