摘要 采用ANSYS程序对1000初轧机机架进行了三维有限元分析。机架应力分布和变形情况除了用数据和图形形式打印输出外.还用彩图显示在计算机屏幕上;通过对屏幕拍照,得到清晰显示机架应力分布和变形情况的彩色照片。此外,对该机架某些部位的应力进行了现场实测。分析及实测结果表明,三维有限元分析得到的应力值与实测值一致。 With the help of the ANSYS Program. three-dimensional analysis is made on a 1000 blooming stand. The stress distribution and deformation data are printed out and plotted as line graphs. In addition. video displa in color is shown on the CRT of the computer and color photographs of the display show distinct stress distribution in the stand. Observations through shop measurements weire made on certain parts of the stand. Observed data and the calculated results from 3-dimensional fimite element analysis are found to agree with each other.
