摘要
在伺服液压缸测试系统设计中,闭式加载机架的设计是整个测试系统设计的重点和难点。为此,应用ANSYS软件对设计的加载机架进行加载仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析,直接获得设计加载机架的强度和刚度参数,既缩短了试验时间,又节省了大量费用,对完善设计有很大帮助。
In the process of designing the testing system for servo-hydraulic cylinder,the design of closed loaded frame is the key point difficulty.In the paper,the software ANSYS was used to carry out the loading simulation of designed loaded frame and analyze the simulation results,thus the strength and stiffness of designed loaded frame could be directly obtained.It saved the testing time and lots of cost,which is of great help for improving the design.
