摘要
高等教育资源是社会产品的组成部分 ,在遵循社会产品分配原则的前提下 ,提出高等教育资源的分配原则 ,并在此基础上 ,对高等教育的公平与效率问题进行了论述。
The higher education resource is one portion of social product.Under the precondition of obeying the distribution principle of social product, the article raises the distribution principle about higher education resource, and on this basis, the article makes discussion to the question about fairness and efficiency of higher education.
