摘要
我国高校内部资源配置面临着诸多新要求,而当前其存在的主要问题表现为:重管理轻学术、重科研轻教学、求效率舍公平等倾向,要实现对高校内部资源的合理配置,可采取的基本对策是摈弃“官本位”,尽快向学术回归;坚持教学科研并重,适当向教学倾斜;兼顾效率与公平,并逐步向公平发展。
The main problem of interior disposition of educational resource in current Chinese universities and colleges originates from the following wrong tendencies： giving management an advantage over academy; giving scientific research an advantage over teaching; giving up equality for efficiency. The essential countermeasure for Chinese universities and colleges to rationally distribute interior resources is achieving the following： to abandon ＂the officialdom standard＂ and return to academy as soon as possible; to pay equal attention to teaching and scientific research; to pay proper attention to both efficiency and equality.
