摘要
Fe_(76)Si_(3.5)B_(18.5)C_2金属玻璃是低损耗软磁材料,已经开始应用于电子工业的部分零部件上。本文应用X射线衍射技术和差示热分析研究了它的结晶过程动力学,找出了它随等温退火时间或等时退火温度变化时的结晶相含量和固溶浓度的消长规律,测定了它的晶化激活能。
The crystallization kinetics for Fe_(76)Si_(3.5)B_(18.5)C_2 metal glass was investigated by X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The growth and decline phenomena of contents of crystallized phases and Si concentration of α-Fe solid solution has been studied when The metal glass was annealed.
