摘要
用差热分析 (DTA) ,结合X射线衍射 (XRD)研究了非晶Pr8Fe86B6合金的晶化动力学。结果表明 :该非晶Pr8Fe86B6合金的晶化相为α Fe固溶体和Pr2 Fe14 B金属间化合物。通过对两相晶化激活能的分析得出 :α Fe相的激活能在晶化初期变化不大 ,当其体积分数大于 8%时 ,其晶化激活能开始减小 ;而Pr2 Fe14 B相的激活能随其体体积分数的增加而减小 ,且α Fe相较Pr2 Fe14 B相容易晶化析出。
The crystallization dynamics of the captioned alloy is studied by DTA and XRD methods.The results show that the crystalline phase of the alloy is α Fe solid solution and Pr 2Fe 14 B intermetallic compound.The comparison of the activation energies of crystallization between the two phases indicates that the change of the activation energy of α Fe at the beginning is not large,but then decreases obviously when the crystallized volume fraction of the α Fe phase goes beyond 8% the activation energies of Pr 2Fe 14 B phase is found to decrease with the increasing of the Pr 2Fe 14 B phase and the α Fe phase precipitates more easily than the Pr 2Fe 14 B phase.
