摘要
建立东西部地区金融合作新机制是西部区域经济快速发展的必由之路。东西部地区金融合作新机制的建立 ,一方面需要有相应的宏观经济政策环境 ,另一方面需要采取相应的措施 ,包括主动服务和参与西部大开发项目 ,参与西部地区金融机构的融资设计 ,创造条件帮助西部地区组织银团贷款 ,设立证券交易所 ,拓宽金融产品的创新渠道等。
It's an inevitable way for a rapid development of regional economy in the West of China to establish a new financial cooperation mechanism for eastern & western regions, which, on one hand, needs a corresponding macro-economic policies environment, and on the other hand, requires some measures to be taken, including, active service and participation in west China developing projects, participation in financing design of financial institutions in west of China, creation of conditions and helping to organize syndicate loan in west regions, set up stock exchanges, expand channels for innovation of financial products.
