摘要
西部开发建设的关键是需要资金。然而 ,由于我国的国情和西部地区的经济发展现状决定了在今后相当长一段时期内我国用于西部开发建设的财政政策性资金将是极其有限的 ,这就意味着我国西部金融业要在很大程度上依靠自身的力量来解决西部资金的短缺问题。因此 ,迅速、全面提升西部金融资产质量 ,是发展西部经济要解决的首要问题。
The key to develop the West Region lies in the funds. But the state situation of China and the current economic situation in the west show that the financial and policy funds which will be used in constructing the West Region is limited. It means that the financial industry in the west should rely on themselves to solve the shortage of funds to a greater degree. Therefore, the first and foremost problem to be settled in developing west is to quickly and roundly enhance the financial assets' quality in the West Region. This article discusses the problems on how to improve and enhance the financial assets' quality and some relevant issues.
