摘要
本文提出一种测量镀液中添加剂的整平能力的新方法——腐蚀微电极法。用此方法观测到:硼酸具有一定的整平能力和"最佳整平深度"的存在。
A corrosion microelectrode technique is presented for measuring the levelling capability of additives in electroplating solution. It is found that the boric acid has some levelling capabilities and that the optimum depth of levelling exists.
