摘要
对六株啤酒酵母的大小、生理特性及发酵性能进行测定和比较,进行了实验室小型发酵试验,以期找出啤酒酵母个体大小与其性能之间的关系.
six brewer's yeasts(saccharomyces uvarum)have been induced.Their size,physiological and fermentation properties were determined and studied,and their small-volume fermentation tests in laboratory have been done.We want to find the relation between yeast size and their property.
