皮内注药治疗内脏痛的神经基础与皮肤经络的实质 被引量:18

Neural basis of remedy for visceral pain by intradermal injection drug and paren chyma of skin channels and collaterals

摘要 目的:研究家兔胃伤害性刺激牵涉区皮内神经末梢感受器的初级神经元和交感神经元的分布规律及其末梢分布。方法:在家兔胃伤害性刺激牵涉区皮内注射辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和荧光素核黄(NY)逆行神经追踪,观察初级神经元和交感神经元的分布规律及其末梢分布规律。结果:在C4~T10脊神经节(SG)发现标记细胞,以C6~T8标记细胞较多。在颈、胸交感神经节及腹腔神经节发现标记细胞,以腹腔神经节标记细胞较多。在下丘脑、脊髓后角、骶脊肌的肌膜、胃、膀胱壁的外膜和黏膜、心肌的内、外膜,腹主动脉壁的内、外膜发现有荧光密集区。结论:胃伤害性刺激皮肤牵涉区初级神经元分布在C4~T10脊神经节,交感神经元分布在颈、胸交感神经节及腹腔神经节,以腹腔神经节标记细胞较多。其末梢分布于皮肤、血管壁、肌膜、空腔脏器的外膜和粘膜等感觉神经末梢分布区,初级神经元和交感神经元可能有递质上行至脊髓后角和下丘脑,这可能是皮内注药治疗内脏痛的神经基础也可能与皮肤经络的实质有关。 AIM:To study the rules of the distributio n of the primary and sympath etic neuron and their en dings of intracut aneous nerve ending receptors in the re-ferral area of gastri c noxious stimu lation in rabbits.METHODS:Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)was inj ected intradermally in the referral area of gastric noxious stimulation in rabbi ts and antidrom ic track was carried out using fluorescent nu clear yellow(NY) .The rules of the dis-tribution of the primary and sympath etic neuron and the ir endings were ob-served.RESULTS:Marked cells were found at the C 4 -T 10 spinal ganglion(SG),most of which were at C 6 -T 8SG.Marked cells also found in sympathetic ganglion of the neck and chest,a nd mo re were in the celiac gan-glion.Fluorescence dense area were in hypothal amus,in spinal cord posteri-or-horn,in the sarcolemma of the sacral spinalis ,in the stomach,in the o uter and mucous membrane of the bladder,i n the inne r and outer membrane of myocardium,and in the inner and oute r membrane of the abdomial aorta wall.CONCLUSION:The primary neuron in the referral area of gast ric noxious stimulation distributes at C 4 -T 10SG,while sympathetic neuron distributes in the sympathetic ganglion of neck and chest,more were in celiac gan-glions.Their endings distribute in the sen sory nerve ending of skin,blo od vessel walls,muscle membrane,oute r and muco us membrane of the cavity organs,etc.The primary and sympathetic neuron may go on with the an-tidromic ascending to spinal cord posterior-horn and hypothala mus.Thi s may correlate with the neural basis of re medy for visceral pain by i ntraderma linjection drug and parenchyma of ski n channels and collaterals.
