硅胶负载四氯化锡催化合成乙酸异丁酯

Catalytic Synthesis of Isobutyl Acetate Using SnCl_4 Supported on SiO_2 as Catalyst

摘要 以SnCl4/SiO2 为催化剂 ,由乙酸与异丁醇合成乙酸异丁酯。通过正交实验 ,讨论了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对酯化转化率的影响 ,得出最佳反应条件 :乙酸0 1mol,醇酸摩尔比 1 5∶1,催化剂用量 1 5g ,反应时间 4h ,反应温度 15 0℃ ,最终转化率为93 87%。SnCl4/SiO2 作为催化剂 ,活性高 ,选择性好 ,对设备无腐蚀 ,可重复使用。 Isobutyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isobutanol using SnCl 4/SiO 2 as catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions such as molar ratio of alcohol to acetic acid, amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on conversion were examined and the optimum conditions were determined as follows:0.1 mole of acetic acid,1.5∶1 of molar ratio of isobutanol to acetic acid, 1.5 g of catalyst, 4 h of reaction time and 150 ℃ of reaction temperature with the conversion of 93.87%. SnCl 4/SiO 2 as catalyst has high activity, high selectivity, no corrosion to devices, and can be used repeatedly.
