摘要
脂肪酸与甘油进行酯化反应制备混合脂肪酸甘油酯。本文探讨了反应条件及催化剂对酯化转化率的影响,确定了最佳的工艺:脂肪酸与甘油的摩尔比2.4:1,催化剂固体超强酸的酸强度H0=-13.5,催化剂的质量份数为0.8%,反应温度190℃,反应时间5小时。在此工艺条件下,酯化转化率可达97%以上。
Prepare mixed fatty acid glyceride using fatty acid and glycerin. This paper discuss the esterification process and the influence of solid super acid catalyst. The optimization parameter is： fatty acids and glycerin mole ratio is 2.4：1, catalyst solid super acid acid strength H0=-13.5, the catalyst is 0.8%,reaction temperature is 190℃, reaction time is 5 hours. The esterification conversion rate is 97% with aboved process.
