摘要
叙述了目前国内外α-烯烃和直链内烯烃的生产能力及合成工艺发展概况。国内α-烯烃生产主要以蜡裂解工艺为主,总生产能力约26万t/a,少量采用UOP公司的Pacol/Alkyle法生产的直链内烯烃。国外α-烯烃生产以乙烯齐聚法为主要合成工艺,总生产能力约212万t/a。国外UOPPacol直链内烯烃生产直链烷基苯能力约108万t/a。我国UOPPacol直链内烯烃生产直链烷基苯能力约24万t/a。蜡裂解装置生产的α-烯烃产品质量差,污染严重,难于综合利用。我国的线型低密度聚乙烯及高密度聚乙烯装置随着生产的高档化,高碳烯烃共聚的需求量及产量必须以较高的增长率增长,而我国尚无高碳烯烃生产能力,此领域将是Shop烯烃很好的市场。
The production capacity of á-olefins and nonterminal olefins and sy nthesis process in China and abroad are described.The major process to produce ɑ-olefins is wax cracking in China and the total capacity is about 260 kt/a.Sm all amount of á-olefins by UOP Pacol/Alkyle process are used to produce LAB.Et hylene oligomerising process is widely used as major synthesis process to produc e á-olefins abroad and the total capacity is about 2 120 kt/a.The production c apacity of LAB from UOP Pacol linear nonterminal olefins abroad is about 1 080 k t/a.The production capacity of LAB from UOP Pacol linear internal olefins in Chi na is about 240 kt/a.For the poor quality,serious pollution and being hard to ma ke comprehensive utilizations,the wax cracking process will face a strong challe nge in future. With the production upgrading of our LLDPE and HDPE plant,the dem and and output of higher olefin copolymerzation must be increased with a higher rate but there is no producing capacity of higher olefin in China.So this field will be a good market for Shop olefin.
