摘要
研究了蜡裂解法生产的α-烯烃质量、收率与工艺条件和蜡原料质量之间的关系,建立了蜡裂解模型,可用于预测适宜的工艺条件和分析现有的生产装置。还研究了高温裂解区(520—600℃)及原料汽化预热和产品分离等低温区(200—500℃)内工艺参数对产品质量和收率的影响,提出了裂解深度系数 CSF 和聚合物概念。
A wax cracking model was set up based on correlation of product distributionwith the operating parameters and quality of feedstock.The model can be usedto select the proper process operating parameters.The relationship betweenproduct yield,quality and processing parameters,both in the range of 520—600℃and 200—500℃,was studied and the concept of cracking severity fraction (CSF) offurnace coii and polymer product was presented
